As the situation is impacting everything at a business, social and personal level – Lanworks is prioritizing its services where deemed necessary, to serve YOU, while taking the necessary steps in safe guarding everyone – based on the Canadian Government Guidelines*. In addition, we are enabling some of our employees to work remotely on a rotational basis, so that we minimize the number of in-house personnel.
How we are servicing YOU?
Product Inquiries, Sales, Purchases & Shipments
All services will continue during regular business hours. For added convenience, Lanworks can also “drop ship” products to your location of choice (i.e. employee residence), if required.
All services will continue as per our obligations and we are hopeful that most of our services can be delivered remotely.
For organizations that have IT staff working remotely, Lanworks can assist you by “Keeping an eye on your network”.
- Offsite Setup & Configuration Services
All services will continue during regular business hours
- Remote Offsite Services
All services will continue during regular business hours. Our support organization is available via phone, email, and remote access during regular business hours and afterhours availability where pre-scheduled and/or warranted.
- Onsite Service & Support
Where deemed absolutely necessary, onsite professional services and support may be available provided that extra precautions are taken subject to Government Guidelines*.
Onsite Consulting Services
We are limiting our Onsite Consulting Services at this time, unless it is absolutely deemed critical and/or necessary. As an alternative, we are suggesting that remote meetings take place, in the interim.
