Sales/Service Administrator


Lanworks Inc is a full service computer organization specializing in designing, installing and supporting cutting edge LAN/WAN Infrastructure, Network Security, Microsoft Enterprise solutions, and Cisco VoIP Services

Currently, Lanworks has an opening for a Sales/Service Administrator who will help us in the quest of providing the highest quality customer service.

Responsibilities
- receive service calls from customers, dispatch service technicians and follow up on
the results
- process sales and purchase orders
- maintain customer data base
- attend to phone inquiries
- do some invoicing
- assist with in-house sales and marketing activities
- prepare sales and service reports

 Requirements
- College or some post secondary business education.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- 2-4 years administrative business experience
- Some familiarity with computer hardware and software
- Able to demonstrate excellent project execution leadership
- A team player and able to work with minimum supervision
